DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship internationally!  We offer International Shipping to many regions via Royal Mail. We are generally able to ship to many international locations. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. However, this is subject to change at any time and for any reason. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a refund.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. You will be required to pay them to receive your package. Arternoon is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the buyer and importer.

 

WHAT TECHNIQUES DO WE USE TO OUR ART PRINT?

At Arternoon, we take pride in utilising the giclée printing technique, which enables us to capture fine details, textures, and colors with exceptional accuracy and precision. Our prints are produced on premium German Etching paper, a 100% a-cellulose white paper with a distinct textured surface. The paper's premium matt inkjet coating meets the highest industry standards regarding density, color gamut, color graduation, and image sharpness.
Giclée printing is renowned for its ability to achieve intense, saturated colours and a greater variety of depth and nuances. When combined with the premium art paper, it ensures that our prints will maintain their archival quality over time, making them a valuable investment for art enthusiasts. All our prints are produced using this process in the UK.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase from Arternoon. That's why we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you received your order (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind. We kindly request that items are returned in their original condition and packaging, including any protective tube/box, to ensure your return is processed efficiently. Please note that if the returned items don't meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return. We understand that returns and exchanges can be a hassle, but we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
