In my life, when I've faced tough times, I've had a simple yet powerful way to find hope. I think about others who might be going through similar struggles, maybe even tougher ones. One of my inspirations is Mark Watney from 'The Martian.' He endured being alone on Mars for a staggering 546 Earth days. It's hard to imagine a situation more challenging.
 
Thinking about Mark's journey reminds me that I'm not alone in my difficulties. It's a source of strength, knowing that someone out there has faced and conquered adversity even in the most extraordinary circumstances. Mark's resilience shows me that I, too, can find my way back to a better place, no matter how tough things may seem.
